In the quota tracking subsystem, it would be a good idea to have to possibility of escaping some variables (i.e. '%u' for username, '%d' for domain, etc) in the DATA field, so the offending server could have more detailed information (and also this would generate some logs so i can track the 'historical' offenders and do something about it).
